This 1.5 hour workshop focuses on HOW you eat and not just WHAT you eat. 

 

In this workshop, you will learn more about the principles of mindful eating, emotional eating and the mindful eating cycle. Our registered dietitians will discuss why mindful eating is important to cultivate a healthy relationship with food and your body, as well as provide you with tips and tricks on how you can start applying mindful eating to your life!
