This six-week online program empowers participants to better manage chronic pain and improve their quality of life. Sessions cover topics such as the science of chronic pain, stress, sleep, goal setting, communication, and meaningful activity. Using self-management, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness principles, the program combines interactive sessions with self-reflective activities.

Designed to address challenges like frustration, fatigue, isolation, and sleep issues, the program offers practical tools to help participants align their actions with personal values. While standalone, it complements the Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Pain workshop, which we recommend completing first for an enhanced experience.
